4 Day / 3 Night One Way Garden Route Tours Itinerary:

Please note all One Way Garden Route Tours can be arranged to start in Cape Town or Port Elizabeth.

Day 1:
We depart at 09H00 from Cape Town for Mossel Bay via the Hottentots Holland Mountain range at Sir Lowry’s Pass. We pass Elgin, Grabouw - the apple producing areas. The drive through the Overberg will bring us to the historical Swellendam - 3rd oldest town in South Africa. A brief stop at Gouritz River Gorge - known for Bungi-jumping, will bring us to Mossel Bay - site of early Portuguese explorers. We also visit the Post Office Tree.
Overnight: Oudtshoorn at Munro Manor or similar, Mossel Bay

Day 2:
Today is spent on exploring on the capital of the Ostrich World and a highlight of the Garden Route - Oudtshoorn. We start with one of the World’s Natural Wonders - the famous Cango Caves. Guided tours of the limestone formations will be done. We set off to a premier Ostrich Show Farm. We end the day by visiting Wildlife/ Crocodile Ranch.
We cross the Outeniqua Mountain Pass to the city of George.
Overnight at a Guest House in George.

Day 3:
We will depart to the town of Knysna. You will enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Garden Route with its lakes - also known as the "Lake district". We explore the lagoonside town of Knysna.
Overnight Knysna at Knysna Manor House or similar.

Day 4:
After breakfast, we depart via Plettenberg Bay to Nature’s Valley in the Tsitsikamma Forest and Storms River Mouth on our way to Port Elizabeth to end this Garden Route Tour.
